Q. How long has the Command Matrix™ been in development?
A. The Command Matrix™ has been in development for over a year now, It was developed with the help of a webhosting company and with involving end-user feedback.

Q. What are plans for further development of the Command Matrix™?
A. Development on any product is a continuous cycle, we believe that development of the Command Matrix™ will not be static. New features are expected to be added on a regularly basis, you will not be disappointed.

Q. How many clients will a server be able to accommodate if we use the Command Matrix™?
A. This will depend on the type of hardware you are deploying, Generally we don't recommend more then 1 low usage site per 2 MB of RAM. So generally speaking a server with 512 MB ram can easily support 256 user sites with all services running. This capacity depends most on IIS and the windows 2000 platform.

Q. Will 3rd party software be supported in the Command Matrix™?
A. Plans for implementing support for 3rd party mail servers, ftp servers and web stats programs are already in process. If you have any particular software that you would like to have supported please contact us. We would be more then happy to consider supporting it.
